Someone recently asked how fibromyalgia felt. My standard answer is “You know after you’ve started exercising and you hurt everywhere? That’s what it’s like.” I often wish I looked as good as those who pay to hurt like I do. Thank goodness I don’t hurt that way all the time and my body has adjusted my pain tolerance so it’s not all the time, especially if I am faithful using my best tips. Try for yourself.
